I always lost connection with my isp while using Internet. I need to know and
keep the statistic my modem disconnection because of noise or timeout ???
I can't found small  utilities that do like my simple TimeMeter. So I decided  to
write this program by Delphi v4.0

Creat shortcut to file "TimeMeter.exe".


- U n I n s t a l l a t i o n -

Only delete my files and registry key   
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tong Software\TimeMeter
